Player Killing

Is player killing allowed? To an extent. In IC conflicts, players may be killed during the course

of the roleplay. This will be subject to review by administrators to assure fairness, and if ruled IC, will not

be reversed. However, players who make a habit of indiscriminately killing characters for the sole purpose

of ruining the game for others will be stopped. That also applies to killing a character

for OOC reasons.
